Simplemente bajé este .repo hacia mi /etc/yum.repos.d/
cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/zhonghuaren/Fedora_19/home:zhonghuaren.repo
Y listo:
sudo yum install gns3
